The 380 bed hospital involves complete Civil works and specialized MEP Services for the Hospital & Accommodation Blocks for Doctors & Junior Staff.

Salient features:

• Air-conditioning System comprises of 12 Nos. Air-cooled Chillers of 150 TR capacities each

• Specialist systems like Medical Gases, Nurse Call System, Vacuum & compressed air

• Medical equipment such as CSSD, Dirty Utility etc.

• Laboratory furniture

• Kitchen & Laundry Equipment, LPG, Incinerators, Boilers including flues & chimney

• Steam piping distribution network for Boilers, Calorifiers, Humidifiers

• Standby D.G. Sets (1 x 1000 KW, 1 x 800 KW, 2 x 620 KW) & 4 nos. UPS system

• Incoming Power supply including 33 KV Primary Substation, 33 & 11KV Switchgear, Power Transformers, Ring Main Units.

• Lighting & small power including Operation Theatre surgical panels and lighting, External Lighting

• Low Current Systems such as structured cabling, Intercom, PA/BGM, SMATV, Restricted entry system

• Fire Fighting & Fire alarm system

• Complete plumbing works including water supply, drainage etc.

• Water treatment & Sewage Treatment Plants

• Chemical waste (laboratory waste) collection system
